Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop power electronics embedded control software according to project requirements, and apply it to PCS and power routers;

2. Embedded software programming based on DSP/FPGA;

3. Product control strategy development and algorithm optimization, DSP software development, control algorithm and platform software construction.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering, automation, power electronics, electronic information, communication electronics;

2. Understand vector control, master modeling technology, be familiar with MATLAB power electronics modeling, transfer function derivation and closed-loop system design, analysis and verification, and be familiar with C language development of ARM, DSP and other chips;

3. Experience in R&D and design of power electronic equipment software such as energy storage converter or photovoltaic inverter or wind power converter or frequency converter;

4. Familiar with RS485/RS232, SPI, IIC and CAN communication protocols;

5. Familiar with the embedded system development process, have a solid software foundation, and be proficient in using other embedded programming languages such as C/C++/VC/QT language;

Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on the supporting scheme of the optimizer, responsible for the development of domestic market channel customers and KA customers through multiple channels, and the establishment of cooperative relations and customer maintenance;

2. Improve the channel sinking system: plan the overall channel strategy and operation mode, provide channel service support, effectively dismantle the sales target, and complete the sales plan. 3. Collect and analyze key customer project opportunities through multiple channels and establish information files, organize and coordinate resources to cooperate, promote the application of the company’s products in customer projects, and complete the closed loop of sales business links.

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above;

2. More than 3 years of sales experience, understanding channel management, industry customer relationship resources are preferred;

3. Be able to have a deep insight into customer pain points and needs, present effective solutions to match customer strategies, and guide and promote projects at the same time;

4. Adapt to short-term domestic business trips;

5. Good communication and coordination skills, business negotiation skills, active development ability and good offensiveness.

6. Experience in new energy industry related to photovoltaic modules, inverters or energy storage batteries is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on the optimizer supporting scheme, responsible for developing channel customers in overseas markets through multiple channels, building a system of local brand agents, distributors and installers, establishing cooperative relations and customer maintenance, integrating channel resources and carrying out secondary expansion;

2. Improve the channel sinking system: plan the overall channel strategy and operation mode, provide channel service support, effectively dismantle the sales target, and complete the sales plan. 3. Collect and analyze key customer project opportunities through multiple channels and establish information files, organize and coordinate resources to cooperate, promote the application of the company’s products in customer projects, and complete the closed loop of sales business links.

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing (or one of German, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.);

2. More than 5-10 years of overseas sales experience, understanding channel management, agent managers or operator sales is preferred;

3. Be able to have a deep insight into customer pain points and needs, present effective solutions to match customer strategies, and guide and promote projects at the same time;

4. Adapt to short-term overseas business trips (about 3-5 months of cumulative business trips throughout the year);

5. Good communication and coordination skills, business negotiation skills, active development ability and good offensiveness.

6. Experience in new energy industry related to photovoltaic modules, inverters or energy storage batteries is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with marketing personnel to be responsible for the market expansion, technology promotion and product sales of smart photovoltaic power optimizer, energy management EMS solution, virtual power plant VPP solution, including but not limited to brand agency channels, distributed photovoltaic power station projects, new energy management and dispatching project customers;

2. Collect, sort out and summarize market and customer information, guide customer needs in combination with product advantages and target customer characteristics, assist marketing personnel to promote product sales process and obtain sales orders;

3. Actively communicate with customers, marketing, operation and R&D related personnel, explore business scenarios, communicate product needs, respond to customer product and technical questions, provide application solutions and on-site process guidance after completing demand analysis, and cooperate with internal R&D and product teams to do customer project management and landing delivery;

4. Collect and analyze market demand dynamics, and promote product R&D idea innovation and iterative optimization in combination with common practical problems encountered in business scenarios.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer or power electronics; 5 years of working experience in power electronics;

2. Experience in product promotion, technology and project management in photovoltaic new energy industry or optical storage and charging industry is preferred;

3. Clear logical thinking, good at teamwork and resource coordination, keen insight into market trends and business acumen;

4. Fluent in spoken English, smooth written communication, able to adapt to business needs of domestic and foreign business trips (about 3-4 months of business trips throughout the year).
